Please read these terms carefully before using the 56bd platform — they define your rights, responsibilities, and the standards of our service.

These terms and conditions may be updated at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated terms.

General Provisions & Acceptance

By accessing the 56bd platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted all the terms and conditions set out below. This agreement forms a legally binding contract between you and the 56bd platform.

56bd's services are available only to individuals who are legally eligible to participate in online gaming activities in their respective jurisdictions. This service is open only to those aged 21 and above.

1.1 Definitions

  • "Platform" means the 56bd website, mobile site, and all associated services.
  • "User" means any individual registered on the platform.
  • "Account" means a user's personal gaming account.
  • "Bonus" means any incentive funds or credits provided by 56bd.
  • "Wagering Requirement" means the obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

These terms have been prepared in Bengali. On any matter of interpretation, 56bd's decision shall be considered final. It is your responsibility to read these terms in full before using the platform.

Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account with 56bd:

  • You must be 21 years of age or older.
  • You are opening the account on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
  • All information you provide is accurate, truthful, and complete.
  • Each person may hold only one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
  • Keeping your account login details confidential is entirely your responsibility.

2.1 Identity Verification

56bd may request documents necessary to verify a user's identity and age at any time. The platform reserves the right to restrict account activity until verification is complete.

2.2 Account Security

Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to the 56bd support team immediately. The user is responsible for all activity that takes place on their account.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

All financial transactions on the 56bd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

3.1 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200. Deposit requests below this amount will not be accepted.

3.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, additional time may be required if verification is needed.

3.4 Deposit Terms

  • Deposited funds must come from the user's own account — use of third-party accounts is prohibited.
  • In the case of suspicious transactions, 56bd reserves the right to investigate and, where necessary, hold funds.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited.

3.5 Withdrawal Terms

  • Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be made.
  • If an active bonus is present, the associated wagering requirement must be met before withdrawal.
  • Withdrawals may only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit, unless the support team approves an alternative arrangement under special circumstances.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonus offers from 56bd are subject to their own terms and conditions. By accepting a bonus, you are considered to have automatically accepted the associated terms.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times — calculated on the bonus amount only. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

  • One account is not eligible for more than one welcome bonus.
  • Participation in certain games using bonus funds may be restricted.
  • Withdrawing real money before the bonus conditions are met will cancel any active bonus.
  • 56bd reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.
  • Attempting to claim a bonus by exploiting a system error or technical fault may result in the relevant account being cancelled.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy

The 56bd platform uses SSL encryption and fair play technology to ensure fair and transparent gaming.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and subject to penalty:

  • Attempting to influence the gaming system using software, bots, or any automated technology.
  • Identity fraud or providing false information in connection with an account.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
  • Bonus abuse, collusion, or fraud through multiple accounts.
  • Deliberately exploiting any technical error or fault on the platform.

5.2 Game Results

All game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). For bets affected by network issues or technical faults, 56bd will make a decision in accordance with the applicable policy.

5.3 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises over a game result or transaction, the user may contact the support team. 56bd's decision is final and binding on both parties.

VIP Program & Rewards

56bd's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

  • Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
  • Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
  • Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP tier progression depends on playing patterns and activity on the platform. 56bd reserves the right to modify or cancel VIP benefits if necessary.

Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

56bd believes gaming should be a form of entertainment. We encourage players to game responsibly.

7.1 Setting Self-Limits

Users can request deposit limits, session time limits, or a temporary break through the support team.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

If a user feels that gaming is having a negative impact on their life, they can request self-exclusion through 56bd support. During self-exclusion, the account will be temporarily or permanently closed.

Account Cancellation & Termination

56bd reserves the right to immediately cancel or suspend a user's account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
  • Providing false or misleading information.
  • Suspicion of fraud, deception, or money laundering.
  • Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
  • Attempting to harm the security of the platform or other users.

9.1 Termination by the User

A user may request to close their account at any time through the support team. If there is a valid balance before the account is closed and wagering is complete, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw.

Limitation of Liability

The 56bd platform provides services on an "as is" basis. 56bd accepts no liability for the following:

  • Interruption to a game session due to internet connectivity issues or technical faults.
  • Faults in third-party software or devices.
  • Loss resulting from a user's negligence or unauthorised account sharing.
  • Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, government directives, etc.

In any circumstance, 56bd's total liability will be limited to the amount of the relevant transaction.

Changes to Terms & Contact

56bd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Notice will be given on the platform for significant changes. Continuing to use the platform after any changes means the updated terms have been accepted.
